Once your home is ready, we hire a professional photographer to take great photos. We don’t leave it to just anyone with an iPad or an iPhone. We have photographers who use professional cameras, lights and all the latest technology. If you wish, we can also work with a videographer. For an extra charge, we’ll make videos of the interior and exterior of your home, as well as a couple of street shots to really capture what your property has to offer. This is something you might want to consider, especially if you’re renting out a high end home. 


Your property will be advertised all over the Internet. Our rentals go out to 37 or 40 different websites, including major sites such as Hotpads, Zillow, Trulia and Google. We also use some sites that other property manager companies don’t, including Military.com, Homes.com and Realtor.com. 


Our tenant screening process is thorough. We use in-depth methods to conduct background checks, establish credit requirements and verify rental history and employment. These are all important parts of finding a good and reliable tenant for your home. 


Before tenants move in, we conduct an inspection and produce a move in report that is often between 18 and 20 pages long. We photograph everything from door handles to lights to garage door openers. We do this so when a tenant moves in, everyone is on the same page concerning the condition of that property at the time a tenant takes possession. 


We do annual inspections as well, using the same process we use for the move in report. We take photographs and write a detailed report. This is done so you know what your house looks like and so we know what needs to be taken care of. 


Finally, our legal knowledge is an important service you get when you work with a professional property manager. We stay up to date on all the local, state and federal laws, including those that address smoking, marijuana usage, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
