We look forward to having you as a tenant and helping you with your move into your new rental home.
Prior to moving in, a property manager will perform a detailed move-in inspection of the property.
The sole purpose of the move in inspection is to document the current condition of the house just prior to you taking possession.
Noting the condition in the report and taking lots of pictures will assist you in getting your security deposit back when you move out.
You’ll have five days from your move-in date to review the report and to send us photos of the items you think we have missed. Anything you submit will be added to the report. If we do not receive a response or any additional items to add to the report within five days of your move-in, the report will stand as the benchmark of the condition of the property when you took possession.
When you move in, the home will be clean and in the same condition as when you took your initial tour, but no house is perfect, and we welcome your input if you see imperfections.
